EarlySalary is considered one of the fastest & most automated lenders in the Industry.Job Title : Senior Performance Marketing Manager (Digital Growth Lead) Experience : 4 , 8 yearsJob location : PuneCore Responsibilities:, Lead customer acquisition across mobile app marketing channels platforms (paid + organic) and responsible for handing of >Rs.20Cr annual performance marketing budget for mobile app marketing.Digital Customer Acquisition , 60%1. Develop and manage digital marketing for EarlySalary on online marketing platforms.2. Take ownership of paid marketing budget and strategy for the EarlySalary Android & iOS app.3. Manage channel spend and budget, as well as consistently measure campaign results.4. Oversee existing campaigns and make recommendations to optimize them.5. Analyse marketing trends and make data,driven decisions.6. Produce detailed analysis and reports for online platforms.7. Collaborate with cross,functional teams to plan, deliver and execute successful mobile marketing campaigns across digital platforms.8. Create and maintain campaigns for mobile app installations, in,app activities across marketing platforms like Adwords, Facebook, Affiliates etc. 9. Responsible for regular reporting of mobile app campaigns and performance against KPIs 10. Data analysis with the use of tools like GA, Appsflyer, etc, and implementation of results.11. Collaborate with creative teams for mobile campaign assets, landing pages, product enhancements, etc12. Create a mobile marketing tracker and dashboard and maintain ownership.13. Drive actionable insights and recommendations Project Manager 20% 1. Plan and execute all strategic and tactical mobile campaigns , with help from internal teams and,or external agencies 2. Lead mobile collaboration internally and externallyProgram Manager role 20% 1. Closely work with internal stakeholders, including but not limited to business and marketing teams, to understand and set expectations 2. Work with internal teams and external agencies for creating mobile creatives, landing pages, tech,reliant reports Preference and Experience:1. Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices 2. Experience working on major digital marketing platforms like AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn 3. Experience in the planning mobile,specific marketing campaigns and reporting 4. Experience in planning and execution of online marketing projects and campaigns5. Strong understanding of analytics tools and strong grasp of metric,driven marketing.6. Analytical mindset and critical thinking 7. An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines 8. Strong verbal and written communication skills 9. Experience in an Internet firm or Mobile App marketing companies is essential.Academic qualifications :1. Graduate , MBA2.
