Job Title : Key Account Manager , Partnership & Alliances (HRMS)Experience : 4 , 8 yearsJob location : PuneCore Responsibilities : Brief , the incumbent shall act as a liaison between the client, product team and the tech team at EarlySalary. He ,she shall be responsible for understanding the customization that the client wants in ES digital products and shall communicate the same to the ES tech team for implementation. He shall be the ES interface with the client w.r.t that project.1. Understanding of tech implementation & integration2. Capable of bringing in cross functional synergies 3. Capable of translating clients,partnership requirements to different functions internally4. Ensuring matching ETA timeline5. Sales background to ensure numbers are delivered. 6. Capable of owning & driving entire partnership project & ensuring seamless implementation, smooth function & desired growth.7. First point of contact & one stop shop for the partner for resolution of any query, complaint etc. 8. Capable of running partnership's performance reviews, set expectations from the partner & able to drive result as per the same. 9. Capable of identifying x,sell & upsell opportunities within each partnership10. Capable of planning corporate & end user , employee engagement activities11. Good understanding of product sold with key features, customer journey etc.12. Great at competition analysis & market intelligence.Preference and Experience:1. Previous experience in implementing a tech solution successful is added advantage.2. Capable of preparing BRD , SOW documentation.3. A self,driven, patient, tactful and diplomatic individual who is not bothered by the constant to and fro between the client and the tech team4. Excellent communication skills5. A friendly & go getter attitude6. Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, relationship building skills.7. Must be a self,starter and work with a sense of urgency.8. Desired industries , IT consulting, training and assessment skills, software products like HRMS tools, assessment software, skill up skilling programs, financial software etc.9. Work days , Young and dynamic individual willing to work 5 days a week10. Soft skills , Excellent communication skills and networking ability with the ability to foster long,term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)Academic qualifications : BE,BCA or MBA IT, MCA etc
