Brief , EarlySalary is the country's largest Salary Advance and Digital Lending start,up and today working closely with companies to offer financial wellness and instant salary advance solutions to corporate employees. The incumbent shall act as a first point of contact for corporate client, liaison with Corporate HR Head (CHROs) & HR team. He ,she shall be responsible for improving the relationship & overall business between ES & the corporate. Job Title : BD , Corporate Key Account ManagerExperience : 4 , 8 yearsJob location : PuneCore Responsibilities : 1. Responsible for nurturing the corporate relation.2. Ensuring consistent growth in the business flow by improving on employee level penetration by adding more end users of ES.3. Work closely with the marketing & engagement team and optimizing the employee engagement by innovative and new age engagement options.4. Conducting regular business review with the corporate showcasing business improvement. 5. Setting expectation & ensuring delivery from the corporate's side towards business growth. 6. Highly results driven, comfortable working in a fast moving and multi,tasking environment7. Good relationship manager, consultative sales & analytical skills.8. Capable of identifying client's requirements & thereby offering desired solution. 9. Drive the entire cycle from initial HR engagement to account management and covering the employee engagement.10. Identifying & closing cross , sell & upsell opportunities. 11. Collaborate with the cross functional teams to plan and execute the objective of continuous business improvement. 12. Study competitor activities and tracking of the business figures to formulate strategies.13. Work extensively & engage at CXO levels to maintain health corporate relationship. 14. Passionate about using technology to demonstrate and promote programs.15. Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, relationship building skills.16. Must be a self,starter and work with a sense of urgency.17. Should possess Knowledge of the Fintech industry.18. Should have a background of enterprise sales, relationship management. Preference and Experience:1. Desired industries, IT consulting, training and assessment skills, software products like HRMS tools, assessment software, skill up skilling programs, financial software, fintech, HR, recruitment, HR Tech, etc.2. Work days , Young and dynamic individual willing to work 5 days a week3. Soft skills , Excellent communication skills and networking ability with the ability to foster long,term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)Academic qualifications :MBA , equivalent
