EarlySalary is considered one of the fastest & most automated lenders in the Industry.Job Title: Customer Retention & Marketing Communications ExpertExperience: 2,4 yearsJob location: PuneCore Responsibilities:, Help create a cross,sell strategy for the existing customers and also establishing better connect with customers impacting customer loyalty, brand recall etc., A complete ownership mindset, work in a dynamic environment & deliver with a complete 'go,getter' attitude, Working on omni,channel remarketing tools, Understanding product offering & find the right product fit for customers, Designing communication strategy for cross,sell & reducing churn, Collaborating with brand & creative team to own creative strategyPreference and Experience:, Analytical bent of mind, Extremely good written communication skills, Understanding of digital marketing & remarketing platforms, Proficiency in analyzing campaign & customer data, Good decision making skills, Experimental bent of mind, Worked on customer engagement marketing tools, Experienced in writing customer communications, Worked on customer journeys on mobile apps, Experience in digital marketing, startup, fintech, strategy with focus on analytics and customer communicationsAcademic qualifications :, Graduate , MBA
