Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesAssessment and Development Methods Framework Design and deploy assessment and development framework relevant to current business and talent needs through ongoing collaboration with BU HR TM Leads. Work with BU HR TM Leads to resolve BU specific talent people challenges. Drive harmonization of people processes and frameworks across BUs to ensure uniformity in talent approachDeployment of Talent Processes Co Create talent assessment and development process across BUs. Ensure quality, timely and seamless implementation of talent processes in line with talent calendar. Provide process clarity to BUs in case of implementation issues. Partner with L&D and BU HR leads to facilitate implementation of development actions. Support talent processes for Yellow and above role holders through profile creation and managing implementation of development action inputSuccession Planning Project manage implementation of succession planning exercise for pivotal roles through timely closures. Identify succession risk areas, highlight it to relevant stakeholders and work towards mitigating the same. Support BU HR Teams in conducting succession planning for BU critical roles. Track the succession readiness and progress of actions through creation of metrics and dashboardsTalent Analytics Gather and analyse talent trends across the organizations to arrive at meaningful and actionable interpretations for BUs (Hi Po availability, pipeline, diversity etc.). Create and maintain ongoing talent dashboards and report out to leadership (MC Meeting, Board etc.). Work with internal teams and external partners to develop relevant interventions based on the insightsTalent IT Systems and Simplification Closely work with HR IT team and external partners to deploy org wise talent capability process through most suitable IT platforms. Work with BU HR teams to improvise simplify talent process approach and implementation. Build expertise in the Talent SPOCs to enable them to partner with the senior leaders in order to deploy talent management process consistently across the organization. IN ORDER TO ensure development of best in class talent capabilities in the organizationDiversity & Inclusion Create and launch diversity (gender, LGBTQ, PWDs ) initiatives to cater to diversity needs of the organization and build a strong employer brand through the initiatives. Build a strong brand for Dr Reddy's in diversity space by applying for coveted awards nominations. Work with BUs to resolve issues pertaining to diversity and launch initiatives to enhance the diversity indexOperating Network Internal HR Leadership Team, Corporate HR Team and Business LeadersExternal Vendors & InstitutionsTechnical Requirements Good understanding of business and knowledge of industry wide talent management best practices and HR processes. Proven ability to conceptualize & create talent frameworks that create tangible business impactKey Personal Attributes Strong communicator, highly energetic with ability to influence diverse stakeholders Proven consultative approach and project management skills High level of proficiency in networking & connecting internally and externally Ability to work closely with business leaders by understanding their needs and designing and rolling out HR solutions. Ability to deal with ambiguity and act even without complete direction
