Role: Specialist , Data Science and Analytics (Individual Contributor)Reporting to: Lead , Channel,Customer AnalyticsEducation & Experience: Graduate.PostGraduate in Science,Pharmacy with MBA (either Marketing and Strategy) with a minimum of 5,7 years of exposure in pharma, strategy, analyticsBusiness Understanding: In,depth understanding of the pharma business models, sales & marketing process, market trends, project management, analyticsPurpose of this role: To provide proactive and relevant support to business units for performance excellence, long term strategy, analytics, change management efforts and to drive companionway excellence in the areas of data, analytics, research and program managementArea of Responsibilities: 1) Business partner: Shape Data Driven Analytics for GG India, Develop and structure the vertical,company data strategy towards creating a customer data driven decision making organization, Collaborate and shape,up company leaders on relevant insights obtainable from the customer data sets to drive business outcomes, In,depth understanding of descriptive, predictive, prescriptive, and diagnostic analytics, Oversee the development and execution of AI,ML models and other applications of the company's data towards achieving the company's business goals, Conceptualization, building and execution of data & analytics led innovative solutions, Building and maintaining data & analytics products at a large scale to Ensure Data & Analytics strat plan is in,line with the SDP mandates 2) Business partner: Drive Strategic initiatives for the Cluster, Identifying Scope and Objective of the project, Identifying Must Wins for the success of the project, Defining work streams, Stakeholder engagement, Analytics and bench marking, Implementation PMO, Define critical functional KPIs to be monitored, Review and Governance mechanism to ensure all data and analytics initiatives achieve the desired objective3) Business partner: Decision analytics for the Cluster, End to end business diagnostics and analytics to provide granular insights on performance, Customer Spend analytics, HQ analytics, Sales Hygiene analytics, Effort analytics, Supply analytics, Root cause analysis of performance, Channel analytics, Providing appropriate counter measures to improve performance, Field Work to develop and validate insights,execution, Data & Analytics PoV for business performance improvement to ensure performance of business in line with the targets 4) External Partner , Design & Execution, New datasets, Engaging with new data as a service (DaaS) in market who generate real time data for sharper territory level planning, Define the scope of the data utility, Understand the different source of data points across agencies & internal business relevance, Design and run pilot for new use cases, Implementing process flow, data flow, data structure, dashboard, review and tracking mechanism and hand over to business team to Ensure newer relevant data are available to business teams for planning, review and execution process.
