Role Title : Head , Trade Operations (Quanta)Type : People Manager (Direct reports: 5, Team size: ~30)Reporting to : Cluster Head, Rural Business & Trade OperationsLocation : HyderabadPurpose : To integrate the distribution strategy & drive growth in line with overall GGI business strategy, collaborate with all divisions, finance and SCM to facilitate the end to end stockists management. Design and implement futuristic distribution agenda items like online ordering, capturing of secondary sales, auto replenishment, digitalization as well as customer analytics.Responsibilities :Distribution Management :, Design and implement the SOP for stockist appointment, Manage the stockists hygiene and efficiency metrics with the help of field team, Front end management of stockists for all GGI divisions, Develop future ready system and processes to improve distribution strength of GGI., Plan and implement digital strategy blueprint to drive dominant distribution of DRL in IPM.Customer Analytics :, Use data analytics to support and drive the profitable and sustainable growth of DRL, Deliver on key distribution metrics with the help of field distribution team, Enable all GGI divisions with customer centric opportunity analysis for business expansion.DOX Management :, Design and implement the Digital Ordering Experience across all GGI divisions, Ensuring 100% SOP compliance while driving business growth in this channel thru CRM, Look at the cross selling opportunities across GGI divisions and drive the same, Day to day operations of DOX platform with the help of DOX HO team & Quanta field team., Audit compliance for all DOX customers (KYC and Field Audit compliance)Sales operations :, End to end management of primary ordering and daily closing stock reporting of key customers., Secondary Sales Reporting system for all GGI divisions, Align and implement the buffer stocks level that key stockists must maintain for all divisions., Monitor replenishment schedules on a daily basis and formulate plans to address 'nil stock' situation, Managing front end communication to all stockists and field force from all customer communication (stockists letters, closing dates, credit etc )Data Management :, Monitor daily data upload by the key stockists and ensure correctness and frequency., Conduct regular reviews with Quanta and other GGI divisions to ensure accurate data reportingProject Management :, Lead all future distribution led organizational initiatives , projects, Closely working with finance and Supply chain teams to ensure availability of relevant stocks and OTIF for the key customers, incl DOX., Collaborate with relevant cross functional teams while working on any initiative, Monitor implementation through regular reviews at different levels as per project requirementPeople Management :, Conduct goal setting and performance appraisals and coach employees, Participate in recruitment and induction, Identify training needs, based on future plans and business requirements, provide training on specific capabilities and products to team, Identify and recommend retention plansEducation & Experience :, Candidate (preferably MBA) with a minimum of 12 years of experience in managing Sales & Distribution across different industries (preferably FMCG). , Experience of handling All India operations is a must (geographical exposure) for this role., Handling CFT and,or managing Complex Sales Operations will be added advantage.Technical skills :,In,depth knowledge of Multichannel Sales Operations, Bias for action, Analytics, Market trends analysis and implications., Ability to translate Strategy to action, Project,program management skills.Behavioural skills :, Aspirational growth mind set, Speed & Rigour in execution, People leadership, Excellence Focus
