Manager , Human Resources (RO) Key Responsibilities:, Define & deploy the HR strategy & transformational people agenda for the corporate functions. Design and implement forward,thinking HR solutions and programs to help attract, retain, and develop a diverse workforce. , Drive strategic projects and interventions across Business Units to integrate and streamline people practices and processes for consistent employee lifecycle experience. , Proactively formulate, recommend, and implement improvements to new and existing people policies and processes , Build dashboards to prioritise strategic people interventions across businesses by effective data analytics and drawing relevant insights , Participate in the development and implementation of human resources processes and programs, including but not limited to assimilation of new employees, performance management, organizational development, employee recognition, learning and development and the annual talent and compensation review process., Propose strategic changes and channelize change management within the organization basis regular focus group sessions, one on one and skip level meetings., Partner with other HR Business Partners to ensure cross,utilization of information and projects.Key Skills:, MBA from a premier institute, Strong communication and influencing skills paired with excellent judgment, analytical and conceptual skills, Strong desire to improve our service, products, and processes, with ability to drive continuous improvement, Ability to work across the business to implement and execute change, Experience working on different HR technologies, Demonstration of strong planning, analytical thinking, problem,solving and project management skills
