Job Description

As the first Product Marketing hire, you'll lead a variety of strategic initiatives on a global scale, and are critical to the growth of the company. Reporting to Head of MarketingInbound Product Marketing :, You'll be the voice of the customer and translate data and insights (Lead quantitative and qualitative user research to understand our ideal customer profile and their pain points) into learnings that help define our curriculum and product roadmap. , Determine the right product assortment, pricing, and packaging to maximize customer adoption, Outbound Product Marketing, Drive efforts to improve conversion rate optimization of our paid ads, product pages, and paid ad landing pages., Drive efforts to create new, more powerful evidence to support our marketing claims, for example salary increase data and customer testimonials., Continuously write and iterate upon product marketing and sales enablement assets including webinar decks, sales scripts, battlecards, and email templates, You'll lead the go,to,market for new programs and create the materials (brochures, email templates, ads, course page, landing pages) we use to market and sell our programs throughout the funnel.0 Ensure a smooth execution of the GTM plan across all channels , paid, earned and ownedRequirements :, 5+ years experience in product marketing, Excellent at articulating the essence of products and the value they create. You can develop a strong messaging hierarchy.
