This is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through for delivering new deals to our large and growing database of consumers through building new partnerships with high,end businesses and signing the best possible deals. It will be your job to build rapport, gain buy,in, pitch, negotiate and deliver excellent customer service. You will also have responsibility for looking after existing relationships Leadership:, Guide sales force to arrive at optimal team structure and composition. Ensure that the team are motivated towards work and are at their optimal productivity level. , Collaborate & work closely with Business teams. Understand the short term and long term needs of the business and plan ahead for any resourcing needs. , Help prioritize the goals for the functional unit within the organisation. Set both short term and long term goals for the teams individually and together. , Work with other business leaders & contribute positively to sales practices and standards within the company. , Unlock opportunities for achieving sales efficiency across the organizational units. , Be responsible for growing sales team and individual contributors in your team. , Provide constant and constructive feedback to the managers. , Promote the top performers, offer them opportunities to grow, ensure they are prepared for bigger roles. , Be a role model for all the sales managers and heads in your team., Job description: Primary Job Responsibilities:, Experience in B2B sales in any industry, if experience in merchant acquiring, transaction banking, digital payments or cloud platforms, it will be an added advantage. , Willingness to travel, job requires anywhere between 3,7 working days of travel in a month , Relationship with ecommerce incubator and website, mobile app development service providers is preferred., Identify leads in all segment, i.e. government, E,commerce, education and utility; and work towards signing them with Company for payment gateway products. , Work with other business leaders & contribute positively to sales practices and standards within the company. Unlock opportunities for achieving sales efficiency across the organizational units , Manage existing accounts to ensure revenue levels are grown and product array widened, through cross sell , Work closely with regional business lead in strategic and tactical planning for the region , Conduct product presentations, demo, commercial negotiation and agreement closure. , Act as first point of contact from business team for merchant queries. , Work with internal stakeholders in ensuring customer satisfaction with Company product & services , Achieve allocated quarterly and yearly targets for sales in southern region. , You will be responsible for acquiring and managing relationships and building financial solutions to solve the need of customers through the partnership. , You will acquire and setup for large strategic partnerships and ensure ongoing revenues from them. He will use out of box thinking to come up with creative ideas, solutions and ways of partnering with some of key industry players , Work closely with product, engineering, finance and operations teams to create the required offerings, platforms and technology to scale the business What you'll be doing: , Participate in building the most advanced Consumer Lending platform and future of payment in India. , Lead a sales team committed and passionate about onboarding client partners with innovative payment solutions, Owning sales targets overall and within accounts. Developing and implementing a strategic plan to achieve the same. , Build and maintain strong customer relationships and be a partner to customers to understand their needs and objectives. , New Customer Acquisition in the Government & Compulsive sector. , Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team,organizational objectives. , Customer Relationship Management. , To understand customer requirements in the geography assigned and future product portfolio improvement based on past customer feedback. What you need to bring to the table: , Passion towards building a large consumer fintech business , Proven sales experience of meeting or exceeding targets and interact with all levels of client organization, including executive and C,level. , Proven ability to conceptualize, drive and implement sales strategy and process with a client,centric approach. , In,depth knowledge about Digital Payments Qualifications:, 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management preferably in Digital Payments, Fintech Industry , Ability to,influence relevant stakeholders in internally; Lead discussions at C , level , Excellent written and verbal communication skills. , Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. , Comfortable in a fast,paced, multi,tasked, high,energy environment. , Collaborative working style. , Must work well in a team environment. , Continuously research and remain knowledgeable of industry trends and competition , Should be open with traveling across the region. , Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills , Proven sales experience in specified territories and verticals. , Able to drive customer centricity in the team. , Quick learner, adaptable to changing business needs. , Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements, Proven organization and time management skills Education: , Bachelor's degree,University degree or equivalent experience, Master's degree preferred This job description provides a high,level review of the types of work performed.
