The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a fully integrated strategy for the Fundraising function in line with the Strategic Plan and objectives of Miracle Foundation India (MFI). The highly motivated individual will research and target prospects and conduct fundraising activities to support the scaling of the Miracle Foundation organization. The position will work closely with the US development team in fulfilling communication requirements (packets, videos, etc.) through local team. To accomplish this, they focus their attention on corporates, larger donors and emphasize growing their database within India so more and more people can hear about their workRoles and Responsibilities :Strategy & Budgets :, To develop a fully integrated strategy for the fundraising function in line with the Country Strategic Plan objectives. Strategize with US and India management on continually evaluating and enhancing fundraising approach in India. , To drive the implementation of the fundraising strategy for Individual Fundraising including Digital Fundraising., To guide the design and execution of internal and external communication and branding strategies for Miracle Foundation India to support fund raising initiatives., Prepare annual fundraising plans and budget in line with FR plans and strategy and drive adherence to this budget, Meet fundraising revenue targets based on fundraising goals and plan.Individual Fundraising (IFR) :, To set and meet the annual fundraising targets from individual donors, including from local sponsors, major donors or generic individual donors., Build and qualify pipeline of India Corporates (CSR) and Individual Indian donors. Schedule and coordinate appropriate team to present Miracle Foundation mission and to conduct all follow up and nurturing of the pipeline. Maintain pipeline in Salesforce.com system. , To support and guide the process for scanning new fundraising opportunities, avenues from Individual donors, local sponsors , To participate in internal cross,functional meetings, discussions within MFI to brainstorm on ideas and opportunities to raise funds and local sponsorships from Individual donors, To analyze monthly MIS reports on various quantitative parameters such as conversion rates, total funds received per member per month, sponsorships received, etc. and provide feedback to the fundraising team, To share insights and develop processes for improving donor retention rate and donor journey of the existing supporters of MFI, Manage all communications with Indian donors through individual participation as well as leveraging sponsorship coordinator in the well,defined process.Digital Fundraising,Marketing,Social Media :, To strategize and oversee the digital fundraising portfolio and enhance the reach of digital fundraising for MFI by providing suggestions for innovative marketing campaigns and recommending new digital avenues for fundraising., To strategize and enhance the reach of digital marketing and place Miracle Foundation India as the key brand in the space of social impact for orphans and vulnerable children, To do media planning for current and new campaigns for fundraising and provide feedback to enhance the impact and reach of these campaigns, To manage the process of content development and communication through the Miracle Foundation India's website and ensure that all web,based content is in line with the organizations branding and communication strategy., Work with team to promote social media activities to bring awareness of work being done on the ground in India and to providing children stories that capture the essence of the work.Major Donors & Events :, To facilitate, plan and manage fundraising events for major donors,local sponsors,generic individual donors and suggest methods to improve the reach and impact of such events, To oversee and support long term relationship building with the Major Donors to ensure ongoing,continuous support for Miracle Foundation India programs, To participate in selection process of vendors, agencies for various initiatives such as Event Management, Campaigning, etc. as required., Host prospective large donors on educational and enjoyable tours of specified CCI's. Educate on the impact of Miracle working in partnership with the homes to provide path for children to realize their rights, To present the Miracle Foundation mission and answer questions during Ambassador programs as required , Schedule high value meetings and events in India to maximize impact of visits by Founder of the Miracle Foundation., Establish and maintain effective relationships with major donors.Corporate Partnerships :, Establishing Corporate Partnerships through CSR and other different mechanisms including grants, donations, events, cause related marketing, employee giving etc.Team Management :, Manage the India Resource Mobilization staff to deliver services per the US and India communication plan., To develop, mentor and support team member,s for successfully acquiring donors and delivering quality donor servicing., To facilitate the team by efficiently managing the performance of staff reporting directly, To strengthen inter,team communication, engender good team dynamics and resolve internal issues as required, Ensuring that the statutory reporting timelines at the country, regional and international levels are meticulously adhered to , this includes keeping the senior leadership, governing bodies and other relevant stakeholders informed of fund utilization and progress in fundraising efforts, As a member of the leadership team, participate and represent the organization in various fora as may be required, within and outside the organization, Represent the organisation in the Governing Board ,General Assembly meetings to share updates and plans as and when required.Must Haves :, A Post Graduate in Management ,Marketing ,Social Sciences ,Social Work., Experience in managing a diverse fundraising portfolio (including digital channels) or a strong sales and marketing background (Direct Marketing,Channel Management, etc.)., Experience of raising funds from corporate and individual donors., A minimum of 12,15 years of relevant professional experience, in a large organization,s preferable International NGO's., Experienced in managing accurate donor database and pipeline management. , Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required., Experience in effectively working with social media. , Willing to travel as required for work requirements.Preferable :, Ability to deliver Miracle Foundation's mission through presentations and strong sales capabilities in close alignment with Miracle brand., Passionate about children's development. , Advanced level of aptitude in Data Interpretation and Analysis., Deadline oriented and effective in results delivery (numbers ,income)., Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
