Role Summary

Responsible for achieving financial targets for the defined geography, in line with overall organizational goals

Identify new market segments and channels to drive business

Ensure consistent revenue growth for the business through existing and new products.

Develop and maintain strong relationship and influence the decision makers such as CFO or CEO within the client organizations

Drive franchise development agenda for the business

Responsible for creating a highly effective and engaged team.

Provide market feedback to the product development teams to ensure that our products are in line with the customer expectation and help in new product development

Experience

10 15 years of overall experience, recent stint should be leading the Business Development team for a bank financial institution IT firms Consulting firms

Should have experience in interacting and dealing with senior management in private sector and government sector

Skills

Track record of delivering consistent and profitable revenue growth

Strong awareness of business environment, specifically financial markets and how they relate to emerging needs of clients.

Ability to spot external changes and devise strategies to keep ahead of competition

Ability to influence the CXO level decision makers

Exceptional communication skills

Strong networking and relationship building skills

Track record of building and managing committed and high performance teams
