The position is responsible for ensuring that information technology is properly planned for, implemented and effectively maintained to support and enhance business operations while eliminating security risks and increasing user satisfaction.Job Responsibilities:Strategy :, Proactively advise the senior management team on the emerging technologies and digital trends that are most relevant to the Firm's goals and evolving needs., Help determine capital investment parameters, priorities and risks for enterprise,wide IT initiatives to maximize the return on investment.Leadership :, Develop an IT vision, strategy, and a roadmap, and lead the IT team in effective execution., Ensure, on an ongoing basis, that current and planned technical architecture, investments and solutions are aligned with Firm's business objectives., Prepare and monitor IT operational budgets that meet prevailing objectives and constraints., Build strong relationships with business groups and their leaders across the enterprise, and develop a detailed understanding of their issues, challenges and opportunities., Implement the most appropriate and effective IT organizational design to support and engage with the business.Team Development :, Hire, develop, evaluate, reward, and retain a highly qualified team of IT professionals., Foster a culture of innovation, transparency and accountability in IT., Promote a "business,first" mentality at all levels of the IT organization., Ensure that the organization has strong systems analysis and project management skills, and the ability to execute business,critical projects., Develop and maintain a plan that provides for succession and continuity in the most critical IT management positions.IT Operations :, Direct the design, planning, implementation, and maintenance of the computing infrastructure that supports the company's operations and business applications, Manage the Firm's data and information security. Assess gaps in the organization's information security and retention procedures, enact solutions to strengthen data security, and present ideas to enhance data management processes., Lead the design and implementation of an enterprise,wide disaster recovery and business continuity plan., Establish appropriate service levels and the processes to ensure that KPIs are met., Maintain oversight of all IT projects, ensuring that commitments are properly planned, staffed, monitored and reported., Establish and enforce IT policies, processes, development standards and methodologies.Additional Information :Requirements and Qualifications:, All round IT knowledge is required for this role (Eg. Infrastructure, Development, Networking, Support, Strategy, Applications, Integrations, etc.), 10 , 15 years' experience in information technology role with at least three years in management or leadership role, Direct company experience. Not looking for candidates who are doing consulting , assignments with other companies., Master's degree in information technology or a technology,related discipline preferred, Excellent knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, Excellent analytical and time,management skills, Able to build strong interpersonal relationships with other senior management throughout the Firm, Able to be a "big picture" thinker, Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills, Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge, Goal,oriented and organized leadership, Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsHighly Preferred:, Recent work experience in Consulting organization would be highly preferred, Exposure to Middle Eastern markets, Immediate , Early joiners
