About the role:

We are open to people working remotely in any of the above states: NY, NY, CT, IL, TX, FL, MASS or Ontario. 

This is a key role working as part of our dedicated team at Morgan Stanley. This role will be key to the team to ensure that digital projects are scoped correctly, tracked and delivered on time. The role will report into the Associate Program Director and be work closely with cross functional teams, design, copy and development. Our ideal candidate should have sharp digital knowledge of product design and have prior experience working on digital products, websites, digital campaigns, mobile apps and more. You will bring your technical prowess to the party to help with trends and best practices to make sure we are delivering modern products.


  • Manage multiple fast-paced projects with short turnarounds

  • Successfully produce and deliver integrated projects and work streams

  • Prioritize workflow for an amazing team of creatives, UX and development to ensure deadlines and client needs are met

  • Actively position oneself as a digital advisor, client advocate internally and an agency advocate with client

  • Respond quickly to incoming client requests, and proactively communicate the status of those requests

  • Thrive in a highly flexible, adaptive, creative, collaborative and interdepartmental environment, alongside multi-disciplinary peers with the ability to leverage multiple perspectives as pillars for innovation

  • Work with creative, technical, UX and strategy leads from with department leads from identifying the scope through concepting and delivery, to ensure the most innovative production methods are employed

  • Develop timelines and budgets (scopes/SOWs) to ensure proposed concepts and ideas are executable

  • Describe oneself as a “do-er” and “planner” in project management with proven track record in project and time/budget management

  • Successfully articulate digital solutions and/or processes in a simple and engaging way (both internally and client-side)

  • Demonstrate a passion for understanding, analyzing, and meeting the needs of your customers and serve as their voice to the team

  • Lead delivery of cross-functional projects throughout all lifecycle phases (initiation, scoping, execution, and release)

  • Ensure that clear, accurate, and relevant information about major initiatives is available to the relevant stakeholders’ on-demand

  • Drive constant process improvements across the team with a focus on increasing organization, transparency, and efficiency

  • Work with team members and client stake holders  to manage multiple projects that have conflicting needs / priorities, using an Agile development framework, from concept to launch

  • Strive constantly to improve and establish a new bar in performance (using objective metrics) in project execution

Key Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of project management experience within a digital agency

  • Strength in creatively problem-solving and critical thinking

  • Experience with managing cross-functional projects medium-to-large scale development and campaign projects from scope to delivery

  • Up-to-date technical knowledge of web, mobile and software technologies and user trends; experience working - with modern front-end development frameworks a plus

  • Experience with enterprise content management systems (CMS), especially AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) a huge plus

  • Working Knowledge of project management tools

  • Ability to identify gaps in process and define solutions

  • Deep understanding of project management methodologies (Agile) and proper application of them

  • Experience with interpreting client requests and concepts into clear/defined deliverables and projects

  • Experience with presenting approaches and solutions to internal and external parties

  • Previous experience managing clients in a digital agency with project management focus

  • An independent work ethic and drive and know when to escalate to higher ups

  • Strong organizational, communication skills, both oral and written

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Ability to efficiently and effectively troubleshoot ambiguous challenges
