The position is for DGM GM Marketing & Business Development for PAN India role which will be based at Pune.
The person must be Driving business development through strategic consulting and needs assessment, identifying and driving new business opportunities, pricing and contract negotiations.
He will be Meeting marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
Identifying marketing opportunities by assessing consumer requirements, defining market, competitor's share & competitor's strengths and weaknesses, forecasting projected business & establishing targeted market share.
Developing and executing new concepts, business models,to position business in the market and achieve sales target.
Responsible for % of RFQ's converting into sales
Must be BE. Mechanical Automobile Production with 15 years+ of experience into 2 Wheeler 4 Wheeler sales & marketing.
He should have very good network with in the customer segment.
He will be responsible for handling existing and new business development, marketing promotional activities, competition tracking.
Excellent written and oral communication.
