Job Description

The incumbent would be responsible for : Employee Connect, Interact with Business Leaders to translate business needs into integrated Human Resource solutions and ensure adherence to Corporate HR policies, programs and standards., Track trends in employee concerns, behavior and proactively address issues before they impact business.Talent Acquisition & Management, To ensure availability of manpower as per the defined budgets., To interview candidates for mid level hires along with the line managers & select the most appropriate candidate for the position.Performance Management :, To drive the KRA setting & appraisal process for the Zone, To ensure fair completion of the process and resolve queries or grievance handling arising from the PMS processEmployee Relations and Compliance :, To ensure discipline amongst employees, To take necessary action i.e. issue letters on conduct formal discussion with any employee defaulting in compliance of laid down rules , guidelines, HR Operations & MIS, Team Management
