The person shall be responsible for full cycle recruiting process by identifying prospective candidates and build a robust talent pipeline for both current and future positions. To attract and hire the right talent within the defined parameters on time, cost and quality for all Leadership positions to ensure achievement of Business Objectives. Develop and implement ideas for improving the talent acquisition process and outcomes, identify key sourcing channels, develop and implement creative sourcing strategies, effectively gathering research, making direct contact calls, networking, leveraging relevant social media and employee referrals. Lead and own the Recruitment cycle which includes working closely with Senior Leadership, attracting and selecting appropriate talent, salary negotiations and onboarding. To gather and understand the external market, best practices to further improve the recruitment process. Utilize all sourcing channels such as job boards, niche sites, professional and social networking sites groups, and possible search engines to locate both active and passive candidates, conduct resume mining and research positions Utilize Boolean search methodology, and other data mining techniques to identify both resumes and candidate profiles. Up skill recruiting and sourcing specialist(s) to embed best practices of talent acquisition process into the recruitment team and to handle hiring at all levels. Act as an escalation point in relation to recruitment service delivery issues and to effectively manage the internal recruitment teamDesired Profile Should be Management graduate from a good university or a recognized Pvt Institute with HR as specialisation (No Correspondence course). Should have 15+ yrs exp in TA, Leadership Hiring & Setting up & Implementation of TA Best Practices like Assessment Centers, Psychometric Tests, CBI BBI Techniques, Employer Branding, Strategic Workforce Planning, etc. Should possess excellent communication & analytical skills P.S Candidates from Executive Search Background working on only leadership hiring (CXO level non IT hiring) may be preferred.
