Job Description

Senior person with global payroll management, to lead the team in managing payroll for the client. Duties and ResponsibilityJob description To handle India and International Payroll Processing, Payroll management for the clients operations in 20 different countries globally. This role provides Payroll subject matter expertise, project leadership, and direction to Payroll operation teams to ensure our Payroll service is fit and effective for purpose. Strong understanding of International payroll processing in regions like MENA, EU, APAC etc. Sound understanding of local laws, rules and tax regulations, compliances and processes is a must. The role supports the initiatives of the Organisation's business functions. Support local Payroll teams with Vendor system changes, upgrades, etc. Responsible for coordinating global and local Payroll requirements
