Key Responsibilities This will be a client facing role with a charter to define and execute the digital marketing strategy. Establish, implement and measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives to drive awareness and adoption of client solutions. Establish and optimize a variety of digital advertising partnerships to drive greater adoption. Work at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (managing campaigns, analyzing traffic data, solving problems, analyzing adoption and making continuous improvements based on performance, trends, and insights) Coordinate with client stakeholders for necessary information gathering and manage simultaneous time sensitive projects Deep knowledge of the display advertising eco system including hands on experience with mobile ad networks, media buying agencies, GDN, programmatic buying, content marketing, social media and re targeting Handle Paid promotions, Google Adwords & Facebook adverts optimizing them for maximum ROI Adept at running email campaigns, with thorough knowledge of platforms. Manage the Social Media, SEO and Content strategy of the business Set up campaigns and build community through social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Quora, and Instagram etc. Stay abreast of new tools, trends, and best practices in digital advertising test and evaluate their efficacy in improving scale or effectiveness of marketing efforts Work effectively in a deadline driven work environment, where multitasking while maintaining quality and attention to detail are the normBasic Qualifications Post graduate degree 8+ years of relevant experience Demonstrated ability to create innovative new marketing programs and or partnerships that generate results Proven track record in B2B traffic generation, managing digital mobile advertising. Must be highly analytical, with a sound grasp of digital media planning and performance optimization strategies. Must be very commercially aware, having owned marketing budgets and revenue goals of significant scale. Strong understanding of metrics and quantitative analysis, and ability to turn analysis into actionable programs. Be able to bridge data analysis, research, competitive intelligence to build efficient and scalable customer acquisition programs. Strong drive for execution and delivering results. An ambitious self starter with excellent follow through skills to develop ideas independently and thrive in fast paced environment is crucial. Superior verbal and written communications skills with attention to detail. Strong customer obsession Intuition for customer communication adept at marketing copywriting Strong data management skills in Excel.The incumbent should have the exposure to set up the digital services. Should have B2B Digital marketing experience in a client facing role. Should have leveraged Digital tools for demand generation lead generation.
