We are looking for a visionary thinker with strong analytical capabilities, good business instinct and a desire to grow with the team.Join us as a Sales Planning & Strategy Senior Advisor on our Sales Operations team in Bangalore to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.You Will:, Work in teams to deliver projects by collecting right data or info, modeling data points for most probable insights, problem solving, and visualizing insights and solutions into charts with clarity . , Work cross,functionally with internal customers,colleagues including CoC, Sales, COO and GBO to ,conduct qualitative and quantitative research., Conduct competitor assessments on GTM and RTM effectiveness, Conduct sales interviews or even external interviews to form qualitative intelligence, Evaluate new product,market business opportunitiesEssential Requirements:, Bachelor's degree with minimum of 6+ years of experience in CoC, marketing, PG, sales strategy, sales operations, or analytics functions , Good communication and interpersonal skills, , Able to collaborate with and influence cross functions, Ability to independently design and run advanced analytics to prove and improve, Ability to organize and visualize data and intelligence into charts and slides with strong and clear message, Must be able to work in fast paced, dynamic and ambiguous environment
