As a member of their team, the Product Manager understands their customers strategy, business needs and can anticipate ways in which HR Technology or processes can offer improvements or transformation opportunities. This position will be remote and will be based in the India.Key Responsibilities:, The Product Manager will be an expert in Workday capabilities and configurations, perform Workday Configuration changes in Dell's HCM Tenant and Partner with their customers to understand their strategy and business needs and provide consultation on solution enablement. You will provide the roadmap of solutions required to deliver their customers strategy and design end,to,end solutions across HR and beyond to enable organizational capability, and meet overall HR strategy and priorities. , You will be responsible for ensuring appropriate resourcing are aligned to customers programs and solutions and that solutions are implemented and operationalized through the current HR organization structures and tools., Facilitate the development of solutions which are sustainable in the current HR organization structures and tools, Market existing solutions to customers and ensuring they understand how to access current processes and technologies, Identify opportunities to make improvements to customers processes through innovative use of technology or process redesignEssential Requirements:, Strategic thinking , ability to see the big picture and identify the right path to achieve objectives, Strong consultative skills in Workday, Workday Configuration experience; preference given to Integration & Reporting knowledge, Deep knowledge of the HR technology suite and how it can be used to enable business processes, Has worked in a global role and appreciates how to develop solutions that will have global applicabilityDesired Requirements:, 7,10 years of Human Resource experience, Broad exposure to various parts of the HR function (Talent Acquisition,Compensation,Talent & Culture)Benefits:We offer highly competitive salaries, bonus programs, world,class benefits, and unparalleled growth and development opportunities all to create a compelling and rewarding work environment.If you're keen to work at the cutting edge of HR systems, this is your opportunity to develop with Dell.
