As a Senior Advisor HR Generalist you will be responsible for the following :Site Guardianship :1. Implements site RHR solutions, and practices.2. Manages Dell Technologies image while dealing with the external community on HR related matters.3. Monitors local labor relations, attrition & engagement trends.4. Supports BCRP and crisis management.Business strategy Enabler :5. Partner with all HR stakeholders for appropriate design and execution of business requirements, ensuring legal and infrastructure compliance6. Coordinate the local delivery and execution of workforce transitions7. Consults with leaders to equip them with effective Talent Strategy8. Spearhead Diversity Initiatives to accelerate the D & I agenda9.
