Job Description

Analytics lead responsible to drive credit card fraud prevention measures for one of the world's largest e commerce organizations.

Develop rules using statistical techniques (in SAS) to predict high propensity of fraud in credit card transactions

Share Present rules to business teams to influence the change. Create & make presentations to explain problems, approach, and solution and progress report to partners.

Deliver Optimum Analytical Solutions using data, business context, tools & techniques along with relevant cost benefit analysis

Ensure timely delivery of all reports Adhoc analysis for the business on a regular basis.

Work with segment managers to deep dive on business performance, and deliver presentations assessments of respective areas

Create and maintain various tools and models in order to report and facilitate decision making on business performance

Provide executive decks for updates on projects adhoc analysis

Proactively communicate with business counterparts on progress, ensure 100% data accuracy in each opportunity

Identify opportunities for partners to make significant business impact (fraud saves, productivity improvements) through projects

Convert complex business needs to multiple parts which can be managed, tracked & delivered

Coach Mentor coach junior colleagues

Desired Profile

Post Graduation in Management Statistics Ops Research Business Analysis equivalent from a premier institute. Engineering background desirable

Relevant work experience over 5 years as Business Analyst

Expert working knowledge of MS Excel & MS Power Point, SQL, SAS

String drive for results with ability to communicate to all levels within an organization

Analytical skills & Problem Solving Ability with excellent understanding of Statistical Concepts & Tools

Experience Formal Training in project management techniques quality management would be an added advantage

Be comfortable to lead & drive engagement with remote partners & their team
