Consultant, Sales Operations, APJ MB Business Dell is looking for an experienced candidate for the position of GBO Consultant to join the APJ GBO Organization. The position will be based in Bangalore, India or Remote, India, The goal of the APJ GBO team is to build a predictable, world class sales engine that ensures we have the Sales Capacity and Capability needed to execute a winning Dell Operating Plan today and tomorrow through rigorous focus on planning, measuring, analyzing and aligning.The mission of the APJ GBO team is to:, Lead the development & implementation of an aligned integrated operating plan, Build a rigorous Sales Engine that is highly productive and predictable, Run a management cadence with a singular lens focused on winning, Help define the strategy for our sales teamRESPONSIBILITIES :, Business partner to APJ MB sales leader, helping to driving the business performance end to end., Support Medium Business team & the leader with data, scorecards, analytics, insights., Bring all the Geo MB teams together, across ANZ, JPN, SA, IND, KR, to arrive at the desired results, Additionally, be networked across all support, BU, Channel, Marketing, Online teams to be able to connect the dots, collaborate and solve issues, identify opportunities spanning the entire gamut, in real time, Set up MB program monitoring and review cadence that delivers desired results, Run the BMS. Support the business on analytics and scorecarding for RTB and programs includingWeekly RTB: Performance vAOP, Key initiatives tracking, pipeline sufficiency analysis and conversion improvement opportunities, Monthly RTB,QBR,SoR reviews, GTM,RTM analytics, Develop the AOP (RUM & Opex) in collaboration with Global, Geo & FP&A teams, Opex management & controllership in collaboration with FP&A., Also, lead Ad Hoc strategic projects (e.g.: Channel acceleration, JPN acceleration, Cloud strategy), Develop and use sales measurement models and diagnostic tools to help identify sales performance indicators, key areas of opportunity and delivers actionable insightsRequirements for the role:, Capability to manage a highly complex set,up & navigate through the matrixed organization with agility & maturity; capability to deal with ambiguity & constant change, Be vocal & proactive on tabling issues, pushing strategy, action plans., Able to multi,task to manage both tactical and strategic work streams, Self,starter and team player with ability to build relationships with stakeholders, Strong strategic and analytical competency, attention to detail, Looking for a candidate that is strong on data, analysis, with the ability to root cause issues, identify patterns and develop hypothesis to address opportunities in the business., Undergraduate degree; 8+ years relevant experience (sales, analytics, operations or finance), Excellent communication skills, Strong excel and powerpoint skills, Proven track record of delivering impactful results, Positive can do attitude.Here's our story; now tell us yoursDell Technologies helps organizations and individuals build a brighter digital tomorrow.
