Job Description

Department : Sales OperationsJob Details : The candidate will work closely with the Sales team, driving the process of onboarding of the clients ensuring adoption of the processes. The candidate will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop and deploy new business processes including: Onboarding, contract management, admin etc, Sales Administration : Creation and adherence of Client onboarding processes for different Business Units Pricing,Contract Management , Ensuring accurate pricing inputs and updated documentation in the CrM, Data Hygiene and Clean up : Ensuring maintenance of correct data in the CRM, Sales projects : Working with the sales team for execution of various projects involving structural changes in workflows like pricing, onboarding etc, Cross functional collaboration : Coordinate with cross teams for evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests., Team Management : Managing a team of ~10 at associate, senior associate, manager, SM levels, Training : Assist in training of new users from the sales team for existing workflows, Effectively act as the liaison between the sales team and cross teams, Ability to solve problems and alleviate conflicts or escalate tactfully.
