The Deal Desk Contracts Manager role will be focused on partnering with our sales teams to structure and close key transactions. You will help structure transactions that achieve the best outcome for the business while shepherding these deals through an operational flow. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to launch and manage a Deal Desk. This is a tremendous opportunity for someone who enjoys the challenge of a high growth environment and is steadfast in their pursuit of excellence. The Deal Desk Contracts Manager will sit at the intersection of Sales, Legal, Finance, Customer Success and Accounting, acting as a strategic advisor, managing deal flow and driving sustainable growth while minimizing sales cycle times. Fantastic collaboration skills are a must!

What you will get to do:

  • Manage all aspects of a deal desk supporting sales in deal structuring, deal approval and deal management while focusing on minimizing sales cycle times while optimizing revenue, profitability, and market share based on business priorities

  • Provide guidance to sales on pricing, revenue and contracts in the deal making process

  • Drive best practices to increase sales efficiency and effectiveness via deal reviews, early checkpoint and enforcement of standard business practices and policies

  • Review and approve complex quotes and sales orders

  • Partner with Account Executives and CSMs on driving deals across the finish line. Work to create processes that allow for quick turnaround and consistent legal stances that are flexible enough to work with customers and mitigate risk for Reciprocity.

  • Improve sales velocity by performing as the central control point that ensures Sales, Finance, Security and Legal are all aligned on the deal mechanics, and support the deal from start to finish.

  • Serve as an escalation point and provide approvals to help move deals forward.

  • Use creative thinking on non-standard deals to work through the best outcome for Reciprocity and the customer.

  • Partner with Sales Ops, Finance, Sales, and Security to develop best practices, trainings, and structured for continued enablement and repeatability

  • Constantly look for ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the Deal Desk process.

What we are looking for:

  • 2+ years of relevant Sales Operations, Deal Support, or contract management role at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company or InfoSec SaaS company.

  • High degree of business and sales acumen with a strong ability to break down problems of all different types in a structured fashion, identify the key issues to solve, and drive to a solution.

  • Solid understanding of software revenue recognition principles

  • Ability to work well under pressure, with ruthless prioritization and timely and transparent communication.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work well with Sales as well as other internal cross functional teams. 

  • An eye for detail, but also an ability to refer back to the big picture.

  • The ability to be Customer-centric, able to respond to inbound requests to create a great customer experience.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Salesforce reporting, google sheets

  • BA degree is preferred in Business or related field (e.g. Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration)

  • Experience as a Paralegal or Contracts Lawyer a plus
