The WalkMe CS Team Lead role is a managerial role, leading a team of up to 8 Customer Success Managers (CSMs). As the leader of your team, you will meet regularly with all members of your pod as well as with other leaders in the office. Some of the other key requirements of the role include (but are not limited to) setting the engagement strategy with key accounts owned by your pod, serve as the escalation path for your CSMs, guide and mentor new and existing team members, and help adjust to optimize WalkMe's service model to their Customers. Your primary KPIs will be based on the aggregate targets of your team, and principally based on Net Retention.

We are looking for a strong leader, who is both positive and collaborative in their management style, can work cross-functionally with multiple global teams, and is comfortable with the dynamic nature of a growing business.
