About the Role
Carats & Cake is seeking a Customer Operations Manager to join our growing team. Reporting to our Director of Customer Operations, this role will be responsible for ensuring our customers (event hosts paying for their events) have a seamless experience paying for life’s most important events. Our customers have a variety of options to pay and we aim to ensure each of them are paying the way that’s best for them. This will be a cross-functional role as we have systems and processes to design and implement. The role is ideally located in Salt Lake City, although we can be flexible on location.
