Customer Communications Specialist

At PosiGen, we are passionate about providing money-saving solar and energy efficiency solutions for people of all income levels. We are seeking an equally passionate Customer Communications Specialist that will provide exceptional customer service to our clients. As a Customer Communications Specialist at PosiGen, you will review contracts with the customer to make sure they understand the contract details over the phone. Answer/address all customer questions related to the contract and or the product purchased. Review/Approve contracts (leases, loans) and related documentation for completeness submitted to Doc Control by sales across all the markets.

Salary Range: $17/hr - $20/hr

Essential Job Functions include:

Communicate with internal departments concerning documents and or customer questions

Support internal departments throughout the sale and install process

Ensure that all documents follow state, jurisdictional, and utility company requirements

Ability to understand lease and loan documents, and other legal documents including, but not limited to, successions, wills, cash sale documents, and title reports

Check automatic payment forms for accuracy and process accordingly

Update Salesforce/Pulse and other software systems as needed with customer information, sub-contractor information or sales information to ensure the customer continues through the installation process in a timely manner

Assist in any special projects as assigned to the Document Compliance Department

Support sales team to facilitate the proper operational flow

Education/Experience

High School Diploma

Excellent communication and written skills

Ability to accurately type 45 words/minute

Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Adobe, and related applications)

Ability to review 20 or more standardized contracts per day

Experience with Salesforce CRM software a plus

Experience with DrawLoop and DocuSign software a plus
