Customer Center Receptionist (MLB)

POSITION SUMMARY

The Front Desk Concierge supports the operations at Embraer’s Global Customer Center at the Embraer Executive Jets Head Quarters. This role has an important Customer-facing responsibility to represent the brand during Customer and guests’ interactions.

This role is responsible for welcoming Customers and guests, answering and redirecting phone calls, and maintaining the ambiance of the showroom area. This Employee is expected to be customer oriented, respectful, friendly, always on time, and very organized.

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES

Study the Customer’s briefing material to be prepared for the next day’s activities Greet Customers by name, direct them to the meeting room or to their focal point Keep track of Customer’s activities, notifying their whereabouts on the teams group chats Manage visitor badge log and provide Customers/Guests with Badges Offer Customers/Guests beverages upon arrival Send emails to the guard gates with information on future guest arrival Maintain the coffee area organized; interact with the attendant when additional supply is needed Answer Customer’s calls and determine the correct person/department to route them to Responsible for maintaining Showroom ambiance by: o Turning all mockups’ lights on, setting up mood lighting, wiping fingerprintso Inspecting the mockups after each visitor, realign the seatso Reporting any possible mockup damageo Call Day Porter when cleaning is needed

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Education:

High School Degree completed required Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Experience:

Minimum of 3+ years demonstrated experience as receptionist, administrative assistant or an in-person customer facing role Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong knowledge Microsoft Office applications Strong computer skills International/Intercultural experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Highly organized and detailed oriented Observant and aware Self-started able to work with minimal supervision Able to multi task and reprioritize. Handles pressure well Excellent people skills; respectful, pleasant, emotionally intelligent Excellent personal presentation; would adhere to dress code Ability to calmly work under pressure while maintaining professional demeanor Ability to be detail-oriented and resourceful in a customer focused environment Ability to anticipate Customers and guests needs Bilingual language skills preferred but not required

Working Conditions / Environment / Special Requirements

Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including, OSHA, EPA, State and Federal regulations Employees will be subject to the random drug and alcohol testing under FAA regulations Professional appearance and demeanor to support business needs Formal and Business Casual attire required; uniform would be provided Availability for both traditional and nontraditional business hours
