Job Description


The role is purposely to assist customers in the best possible way and via the most feasible technology method necessary to be of service to our customers at all possible times. 
Please note, this position is on a night shift basis! 
We will entrust you with the following responsibilities:

Respond promptly and effectively to incoming customer communication via the internal messaging system, emails, and telephone calls
Provide online technical customer support
Translation and proofreading
Basic KYC/registration checks
Respond to Casino queries, escalation of cases
Manual bonuses/free spins crediting
Handle and maintain good relations with customers on a daily basis
Report and update the Head of CS regarding recurring customer issues or any other
Reporting to Head of Customer Service
Working in a team of customer service agents, liaising with VIP teams, marketing teams when necessary

What we expect you to be:  

A night owl
Good problem solver
Team player
Effective interpersonal skills (good listener)
Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
Quick learner
Ability to detect queries which should be highlighted to management or fraud agents
Having a good command of Portuguese, or Finnish will be considered as an asset 
Training is expected to be done in office
And other AD-HOC duties'
