Above all, we have a gold mine waiting to be unlocked , the humongous amount of financial data flowing through our servers!Key Responsibilities as Performance Marketing Manager : , Working on scaling up existing marketing channels like Facebook Ads,Email, LinkedIn, PR, Referrals, Google Ads, Tracking data for important metrics across channels., Working with the engineering team to help scale up existing marketing systems., Working on new projects such as Video Creatives, etc., Help grow the Credflow brand through data,driven digital marketing campaigns, Campaign ideation, project management and implementation of marketing programs, Analytical planning for inbound lead,gen, with heavy emphasis on SEO, CRO and A,B Testing, Leverage marketing automation tools to manage lead generation activities to deliver qualified leads to the sales team, Research and identify opportunities to increase efficiencies within the Marketing team to accommodate our rapid growth, Assist in tracking and optimizing marketing budgetsWhat we seek :, We are looking for someone who is a hustler and is deeply passionate about solving technology,led complex problems, The person should be able to take ownership of work in a highly challenging and dynamic startup environmentBenefits :, Chance to be with the right team, at the right time, Work as part of the core team and experience the aspects of growing a business exponentially, Get a deep understanding of the Fintech domain and unleash your potential to create an impact.
