He understands the problems faced by SMEs & the cash flow hassless in scaling a business.Summary :The Head of Engineering will own all initiatives to develop & scale products, execute an aggressive road map for product development, institute best engineering practices and deliver innovative products. A scalable and robust platform that improves user and revenue growth and enhances customer experience.Key Responsibilities :, Understanding the business requirements thoroughly and thinking the best solutions which can satisfy the customer needs, Product planning and execution throughout the lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met., Define the product strategy and roadmap, and take ownership of delivery of the product within the given timelines, Create and articulate product development, always keep an eye on improvement & further innovation and ensuring best & delightful user experience, Build, manage and retain team of high performing team, training them and boosting their confidence time to time, Setting up the deadlines and assigning tasks to the team and monitoring their performance and report on the status of development to the Senior authoritiesWhat you should have?, Engineering graduate from TIER 1 is mandate (2011 , 2015 batch), Working experience with product startups preferably someone who built the products from scratch, Should be hands on and good in people management, Solid software development background including design patterns, data structures and test driven development, Track record of retaining, developing, motivating, and mentoring highly effective teams., Experience with project delivery for complex, cross,functional, cross,organizational projects, Self,directed and motivated to meet deadlines, Enjoys working in a fast,paced environment
