About the role:

As the Creative Manager, you will support the Talent Acquisition team to lead the strategic development of new talent brand campaigns through online and offline channels. You will need to demonstrate a compelling voice and consistent branding displayed across channels including social media platforms, university career events, job boards, new immigrant agencies, digital media/video, online avenues, events and more. An influential member of the Talent Team, your marketing efforts should articulate the employee value proposition. You will assess content effectiveness and drive new creative innovations.

Location: Hybrid, Mississauga

What you’ll do:

Assist in the coordination and implementation of market strategies and perform research and analysis to support those strategies

Provide marketing education and training on tools, resources, as well as technical assistance to staff

Make recommendations to improve results, talent brand impacts, and creative development of our website and social media platforms

Manage candidate attraction via job board management and sourcing

Develop and review candidate profiles for all roles to ensure the attraction of the most qualified applicants for roles

Ensure compliance with company standards with the company/ client logo and consistency of marketing efforts

Contribute to the organization of brand recruiting events (company organized, third party, university, etc.)

Support and enhance Talent team’s presence at recruiting events and ability to attract new qualified talent

Provide direction to the internal project team and external agencies around messaging and branding

Develop and execute creative briefs in collaboration with creative partners

Budget Management: Contribute to budget planning and management to ensure resource allocation meets brand and company targets

Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing research and reports for management that identify performance, marketing trends, competitive landscape, and external factors

Serve as a liaison between cross-functional teams

Promote the candidate and employee experience via innovative copy

Identify new opportunities to optimize marketing strategy to attract talent

What you’ve done:

3 years experience in talent/recruitment marketing, reporting, and creative innovation

Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity

Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

Solid problem solver


Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and flexible, enjoying working in a fast-paced and at times ambiguous environment

An eagerness to optimize use of Job Boards, University Partnerships, Immigrant Job Agencies

Experience in project management including working with creative agencies on branding

Experience with paid and organic recruitment marketing campaigns (ex. social media, paid social media, organic advertising)

Experience with some of the following marketing channels and a keenness to learn new skills as required


Email marketing and sourcing

Content marketing

Webinars and partnerships



Google Analytics

Database management

Conversion optimization and A/B testing

Landing page development

Blog writing

A few Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with tools including Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro After Effects

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education

Trilingual, English, French, Spanish
