Job Description

Role:Manager Consumer Connect position works for the exclusive region at multiple levels of the pyramid of influence in the consumer ecosystem (farmers, dealers, Retailers, Govt Departments, Research institutions, Corporate farming bodies, contract farming, seed companies, micro,irrigation companies, and other related customers in agriculture), build a relationship with them and create awareness on balanced nutrition and promote SND, Organic range of products based on the crop, geography and the stage of the crop. Along with coordinating for marketing campaigns and secondary sales monitoring this position is also responsible for the field trials and customer database generation.Key Responsibilities:, Campaign Management , Discussing with product portfolio team and field team and guide field team for planning and implementing the campaign smoothly. Participating in product launch, Dealer training and Crop seminars,Big farmer meetings, and educating dealers and farmers on Product knowledge., Crop,Based Solutions: Based on the markets, crops and products formulate a crop,based package of practices for better productivity. Based on the market situation provide crop,based solutions for the problems faced by the customers., Pyramid of Influence, Associating with Seed Companies and Micro,Influencers to promote our nutrition schedules, products on different crops. Training to Micro,influencers of villages and organizing demos in their field etc., New Business development: A.Mapping potential polyhouse farmers in operating geographical area and Interacting with them, mapping needs and training them, organizing demos to increase the sales of our products. Identify and convincing contract farming companies to follow our nutrition schedule to increase our sales. , Market Intelligence: Collecting state,wise cropped area data, Reservoir levels, Soil Fertility status from secondary data from operating states and sharing with HO team and field teams.Education Qualification: , BSc Agriculture or MSc Agri ., MBA (Agri Business Management)Skills:, Concept Development, Trails and Testing, Planning & Coordination, Data Management & Analysis, Basic Commercials Management, Assertive Communication
