Manager Branding and Business Development , Coromandel International LtdOrganization , Coromandel International Limited , SNDAbout Role:Branding and Business Development is a specialist and enabling role. The profile will manage the business's branding and digital marketing interventions per the key categories' product life cycle requirement in close consultation with the portfolio management and consumer connect team. The profile will research consumer markets, monitor market trends, and identify the proportion of branding & digital activities to be done in potential areas. The profile will also increase Business in Polyhouse, Nethouse and explore new opportunities in the turf, urban and Ornamental segments.Key Responsibilities :Business development : Developing the Business in key states by increasing revenue and developing an entire Product service program for Polyhouses, Net houses. Exploring potential in other states for Business Development.Digital Marketing Activities : Conducting ATL campaigns. Designing digital content for Digital campaigns as per the requirement with concerned stakeholders. Understanding Digital marketing happening in the market by Competitors, Vendors and framing ideology for Digital Brand Promotion and Awareness. Review and improvise on brand communication and enrich Digital Library for SND brands basis Form, Channels and Content.New & Existing Brand designing : Review and improvise on brand communication and Rebranding the brand,Product,product categories as per the market and recommendations from the stakeholders and the feedback from the customers and consumersEducation Qualification:BSc in Agriculture, and MBA in Agribusiness Management , PGDM(ABM)Relevant experience:, Agriculture background is an advantage, with PCP and RAWE for better understanding of consumer behaviour., Exposure to rural marketing and branding activities, Exposure to Digital Marketing (Paid + Organic), Exposure to Vendor Management.Skills:1.
