Job Description

Note: This would be a 14 weeks engagement with one of our big four client.We are looking for resources who have worked in either of these functional areas: Talent, and Finance, have good communication skills and have exposure to process mapping methods. Indicative JD:Functional experience (preferable in any of three) :, Financial Services : Accounting Operations (e.g. Planning & Management a,c, Revenue a,c, Fixed Asset a,c, Payroll, AP etc.), Tax, Treasury, Talent : Recruitment & Onboarding, Learning & Development, Talent & Reward, People admin, Employee engagement etc.Key responsibilities :, Work closely with clients and businesses to identify and analyze core business processes and workflows, Facilitating workshop with stakeholders (primarily people executing these processes , junior to mid,level employees), Documentation of process and work flows, Development of clear and detailed process maps and business requirements (some experience with tools such as MS Visio will be handy), Identifying issues and risks, To,Be process design
