Sales Enablement Consultant l SAAS Product l Series B , Opportunity to work with sales leadership to develop, execute, optimize and assess enablement program , Serve as a liaison between sales, pre,sales & marketing, Must have4,8 years exp in Sales Enablement,Effectiveness role , This might be a remote role if required About our client :Our client is a leading Series B, SAAS product organisation and has the most seasoned leadership in charge of their global business. They are backed by marquee investors and on the roadmap of being the market leaders in their space in entire APACJob Description:, Work with sales leadership to develop, execute, optimize and assess enablement program, Determine sales enablement priorities with sales stakeholders, Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders, Build a trusted relationship with sales reps, Serve as a liaison between sales, pre,sales & marketing, Provide effective onboarding and training programs for sales reps, Coordinate educational content for ongoing training, Facilitate content creation and use with sales and marketing teams, Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team, Manage our internal sales portal and central repository for sales resourcesA Successful Applicant:A successful candidate comes experience in Sales Enablement,Effectiveness roles and a strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training, 4,8 years exp in Sales Enablement or similar roles , Able to build relationships across functions, working with sales, marketing, and product leadership, Strong written & verbal communication skills, including an engaging presentation style, Demonstrated ability to understand technical content that produces resultsWhat's on Offer:, Work directly with VP of sales , Industry,leading compensation , This will be a remote working role
