JOB DESCRIPTION :Objective: Lead program management for Long Range Capacity Planning as per organization strategy. Partner in establishing bottling lines and infrastructure as per LRP. Identify, develop and manage Co,pack models in support of Supply Chain Strategy.Title: National Manager Capacity, Infra and Co,Pack PlanningFunction: Supply Chain , ExcellenceWork Location: Bangalore Corporate Job Responsibilities:Long Range Capacity Planning:, Long Range Bottling Capacity planning, analysis and program management in support of HCCB Strategy. , Identifying the needs for creating Green field, Brown field capacities basis commercial priorities in liaison with SC, Finance and other Corporate functions Challenge the status quo by bringing new perspectives to improve service and optimise cost.Future ready capabilities: , Closely tracking Internal and external developments on Commercial & Supply Chain Strategies planning for land infra for future needs. , Driving digital journey for automating long range planning and effective use of operational network.Co, Pack Planning: , Identify and develop Co,pack models across HCCB Supply Chain. Partnering S&OP in managing Co,pack capacities meeting demand fulfilments., Co,pack cost and compliance management. Ensure that Co,pack plants operate with social responsibility, safety and regulatory standards.WH Infrastructure & Network Planning: , Partner in right planning of required infrastructure including warehouse space and transport models, designing of warehouse to ensure best utilisation of space and meeting service levels., Developing an operational Supply Chain network on time to time basis, balancing cost and service.
