CITY SALES HEAD BANGALORE Handling a large team of managers & Sales executives for the city. Mentor & Drive the sales team to deliver their sales targets Set clear volume targets and KPIs for his her team and territories Establishing productive and professional relationships with partners and driving sales through them. Involved in strategizing and promoting several BTL activities to make the product reach out to the masses. Coordinating the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners expectations. Meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives. Proactively leading a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship. Proactively assessing, clarifying and validating partner needs on an ongoing basis. Manages potential channel conflict by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement. Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.
