Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible for leading and managing the operations with the ownership to shape up the vision for IT support and service. She He will be an expert at managing software engineering efforts as well as network and internal operations.

Core responsibility will be setting up of the Payment eco system with context to application setup, testing of the architecture.

Setting up of the Merchant Application Payment System with context to Reconciliation,Settlement,Payout,Fees Management,,Risk Engine, Currency Conversion etc.Escalation Management. with a scientific Root Cause Analysis. Severity Analysis,Impact Analysis and reporting SPOC to the Investors and Top Management.

Robust grasp on the Application, Network and Hardware.

Responsible for end to end project implementation across the life cycle of Payment Gateway integration

Gathering,Knowledge dissemination with all the process heads,Aligning resources, Following and spearheading agile methodologies,User Acceptance Testing,Software Integration Testing,Pre Production, Production sign off.

Integral part of the relationship management with partner banks,marquee merchants,vendors.

The CTO will be a major contributor in shaping corporate strategy and will lead a team of dedicated, highly skilled IT professionals, in the execution of that strategy. Ability to think big, understanding of global technology landscape to make Organization capable to achieve its business goals using technology effectively.
