This is a new role created at the University; the incumbent will be responsible for converting the strategic goals and objectives of Krea University into actionable student life,cycle strategies and establish short and long,term objectives. She,He will provide leadership to a very experienced and competent team.Roles and Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Execution:, Translate the mission, strategic goals and objectives of Krea University into actionable student life,cycle strategies and establish short and long,term objectives, policies and teams to support them , Extend support, facilitate and partner with faculty and other functional areas to develop student related plans that directly support student's aspirations and learning outcomes in order to help accomplish key institutional goals with respect to the student community at Krea, Continually assess the competitiveness of the organization to be able to attract and retain top student talent, including forging appropriate partnerships and implementing forward,thinking programs to retain the competitive edge Student Initiatives:, Define and lead effective, innovative, proactive and scalable student,focused initiatives across the continuum of intake (outreach, admissions, financial assistance, and enrollment), learning and engagement outside the classroom (on,boarding, student life, work study, partnership driven experiences, career services) and future linkages (alumni relations). , Drive improvements through a measurable, data,driven approach and track student journeys and impact beyond their life at the university, Help build a student body and community culture that is aligned to Krea's mission and values Leadership and Stakeholder management:, Building networks both internally and externally and catalysing the One Krea brand, Being the custodian and evangelist of the Krea culture and values, including driving interwovenness, embracing partnership with industry and other external stakeholders, and being the benchmark for ethics , To uphold ethical core values, especially integrity and collective greater good in all aspects of university life she,he is associated with, Fostering a culture of high,performance and leadership across individuals and teams, Ability to think ahead and preparing the organization for the future in being the talent magnet for studentsNote: The roles and responsibilities outlined above are not meant to be an exhaustive list of tasks.
