Development & Nurturing of Brokers network in different cities (Tier I & Tier II)

Market Intelligence & Market Information Collation

Study of Property Collateral document & visit of location of subject property

Property Portfolio Analysis of borrower

Arriving at Valuation & assessment of salability of collateral properties

Facilitation in Mortgage & security creation

Preparation of marketing docket market communication in the event of recovery sale

Understanding legal angles for sale of mortgaged properties in case of recovery

Interaction co ordination with all property consultants

Relationship management with IPCs Local Brokers

Enquiry generation customer acquisition & Deal Sourcing & Finalization

Finalisation of Deal Structure, Negotiation, Reporting, Term Sheet approval & ensure completion of transaction

Customer Relationship management

Good contacts already for All India land commercial office sale, Tenant sourcing & follow up with consultants customers etc.

Assuring agreement signing & compliance renewal

Collection of Sale proceed, SD & Rental etc.

Good networked in real estate broking, Investor & developer community all India

Good Experience in recovery monetization of properties under security
