Job Description

Major responsibilities & deliverables:, The CEO will work closely with the Board and other group companies to provide strategic leadership to the organization along with overseeing the Development, Launch implementation and steering the organisation to its next stage of growth and development., Lead the product management function, which is responsible for creating disruptive products and solutions Ownership for formulating business Strategy, turn,around policies and fast track expansion of the company., Lead Marketplace business model for loan aggregators, secure financial services clients, buy,in to strategic solutions, and work alongside clients with the team to implement those solutions., Provide Strategic leadership, Business plan to drive the top line as well as the bottom line., Oversee Multiple functions such as Sales, Credit, Strategy, Investor Relations, Collections and overall P&L. The CEO will be responsible to oversee operations, credit controls, new product development and risk management of the organization., Will be responsible for promoting and managing the culture and best practices., Will closely interact with the Board and will be a part of the decision,making committee on future growth and development of the organization., Minimum 15 years of experience within the financial services sector preferably working with a Fintech NBFC. Proven track record of establishing and scaling up a business from design to implementation preferably at senior management levels., Strong skills in financial analysis, risk management and human resources management., Ability to liaison with key stakeholders including, Board members, investors, regulators, bankers and industry associations.Candidate Experience , Has experience in any of the fintech firms, NBFC, Banks with a strong understanding of digital and lending products., Ability to build and manage strong independent relationships at CXO levels across financial services., Must have contributed in creating a position of market eminence and visibility for the Firm.Candidate Profile:, Good academic background, Strong Financial service market network and relationship building skills, High initiative and drive, Maturity and ability to handle pressure, Positive attitude and high commitment, Intellectual curiosity and creativity to pursue solutions outside conventional frameworks;, Team,oriented, collegial personality with sensitivity and tact; , Entrepreneurial initiative; , Excellent oral and written communication skills, Professional appearance and poise, Experience in designing and developing solutions that drove the firms's strategic and operational agenda.
