Channel Sales Head for Real Estate Marketing Company in Mumbai.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

  • To ensure each segment & project meets the sales targeted from channels

  • To develop & drive the channel sales team comprising of the core team at the corporate office & a team distributed at project sites (direct reporting to this role & dotted line reporting to respective site head)

  • To meet targeted number of additions to the channel partner database every month

  • To ensure smooth registration, training, certification & brokerage disbursal for channel partners

  • To implement a mechanism for evaluation & categorization of channel partners

  • To ensure more revenues from performing category & motivate the non performing ones

  • To liaison and work closely with the site heads for various promotional offers for channel partners

  • To prepare a calendar for the year panning out important festive occasions & planning channel partner events around the same

  • To develop a healthy investor data base through channel partners

  • To ensure regular product & price updates to channel partners

  • To oversee organization of channel related events

  • To leverage channel contacts for targeted inventory movement during new project pre launches & launches

  • To ensure constantly improve channel partner experience

  • Accountabilities and Activities

  • To ensure Sales through Channels (Brokers & Alternate Channels) at active projects

  • To maintain & expand organization's database of channel partners by increasing width and depth of this distribution channel

  • External Interactions Brokers, IPCs

  • Networking skills

Educational Qualification : MBA preffered.

Preferred Industry :  Real Estate.
