Job Description

  • Change coordinator is part of the Project Series Core Team < b> [Logistic engineer is part in project phase]< li>
  • Change coordinator will also be the one in CR flow who collect all required data and fill CR document< b> < li>
  • Based upon inventory levels and supplier stock (in transit) set an effective date agreed with PJS and Core Team (in PCD) making sure all required info is available in the system< li>
  • Verify the Bill of Material (BoM) at each changeover. Assure that new material revisions effective dates are setup and maintained in BoM.< li>
  • Avoid raw material delivery delays by ensuring suppliers are ready to deliver on time.< li>
  • Avoid monetary loss by ensuring that existing inventory has been depleted.< li>
  • Support SCM manager in removing old revision to obsolete area< li>
  • Support the execution of the change, organize kanban.< li>
  • Communicate effective date to shopfloor.< li>
  • Manage performance with the use of effective KPI s.< li>
  • Familiar with ISO 14001 and with IATF 16949< li>
  • Performs other tasks related with the position given by the manager in scope with job profile.< li>
