Catalogue Executive - Luxury

Responsibilities

Catalogue Executives at TATA CLiQ Luxury own the Product Cataloguing, Product Content Management and related Customer Experience of the category they have been assigned to.

Key roles and responsibilities include:

 

·         Product Cataloguing: Ensure that season-wise product Cataloguing should be done with 100% quality. End-to-end Team, agency & Seller coordination for product listing details.

·         Quality Checks:Perform Quality Checks on products, this would include both pre-upload and post upload checks. Ensure that whatever information available on PDP (Product Display Page) is 100% correct and easily understandable to customer.

·         Maintaining Product Listing TAT:  Achieve daily/monthly targets (Product Listing count) within the requested TAT (Turn Around time).

·         Agency Handling: Work closely with external agencies to ensure product listing and other related activities happen on time with 100% quality. This includes Daily/Weekly syncs to keep track of agency work.

·         Tracking and Assortment Planning: Season wise tracking for all the brand products listing and ensuring that we have a competitive catalogue compared to other players across brands and sub-categories. Work with the category team to represent the category in best way possible.

·         Customer Experience: Make sure we give best customer experience in terms of content look, site filter parameter, and size chart. This would also include the work which can minimize returns and cancellations in the category.

·         Coordination: Communicate continuously with seller and agencies to make product listing as per plan. Work closely with technical Team on product uploading and content issues.

 

Skillsets

 

·         Strong bias for action alongside strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills

·         Ownership to drive necessary initiatives end-to-end and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

·         Advanced proficiency with MS Excel (SQL preferred)

·         Strong analytical skills with proven ability to interpret data and link category management data to retailer/business scenarios

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good knowledge about Fashion Industry and keen interest in Fashion brands & trends

Knowledge of A+ Content and Search Engine Optimization shall be added advantage

 

Qualifications

·         Preferred Work Experience: 2-4 years in Product Cataloguing/Listing specifically in Fashion categories in the past

·         Experience in Apparels, Footwear, & Kids Categories is preferred

·         Experience in Luxury Fashion shall be added advantage
