He,She shall drive client,ready analysis, end to end project execution, and team engagement, The Senior Associate will also lead SOLUS deployment,implementation planning, CRM campaign blueprint design, configuration of SOLUS as per the best practice and driving SOLUS performance KPIs to drive business value for clients., You will need to work with multiple stakeholders across functions within Client Organizations as well as teams within Cartesian., You will be expected to play a key role in defining Solution roadmap & on time, on,budget successful Go Live of the implemented solutions.Qualifications, Education & Experience Requirements:, B.E.,B.Tech + MBA + About 3,4 years of relevant work experience, B.E.,B.Tech + About 4,6 years of relevant work experienceKey Skills required:, Application of Advanced Data Analytics, Statistical techniques., Good exposure and application of R,Python; Proficiency with SQL, Stakeholder management, Versatile , Able to work on a diverse range of clients and internal teams with seamless transition from one to the other, Strong written communications the role requires simple, quick, and easy translation of communication between product and client teams, Ability to guide the client during the action implementation, Team and Account management, Advanced Excel and PowerPointCore Responsibilities and Profile Map:, Develop a deep understanding of clients industry and business, understand client briefs across different industries,domain from a CRM perspective, Define the CRM campaign blueprint design, configure and customize the solution to meet the agreed requirements, Work on developing solutions to maximize usage of analytics and decision sciences in any context (Lifetime value, Repeat, Retention, Cross Sell, Mix Modelling, Demand Forecasting etc), Do exploratory analysis, data mining, report generation, Interact with clients to understand if your work is comprehensible and actionable, Analyse campaigns, build ROI models while leading and owning the go live of SOLUS deployment, Influence, work with and manage a teamWe put a premium on a few personality traits:, You are a person of your word.
