Job Description

Opportunity :Here at Cars24, we are looking for an individual who can lead and manage the central sales & conversion processes for the digital retail lending business of used car loans. The role belongs to the primary revenue centre of the business with the objective of driving consumer finance conversions. As the vertical head, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth leading execution on ground and creating a digital lending platform for customers.Responsibilities :, Manage the conversion roadmap of digitizing the customer lending journey on product to optimizing the process for faster turnaround and hassle free experience to the end,consumer, Drive revenue growth from standard financing avenues and explore other value added services, Funnel management : Optimize drop rates at every step from customer intent to document collection to negotiation of loan term & acceptance and final disbursement, Responsible for providing best of the customer onboarding experience, Customer journey (Selling & onboarding) management on product as well as offline , Responsible for sustaining and growing the revenues with P&L responsibilities covering ROI, value added charges, IRR, Cross,functional stakeholder management , Think out of the box, and run various attractive schemes for customers, Team management for a strong 30+ member team, Run multiple cross functional projects for funnel efficiency, process improvement, and revenue maximizationWe are looking for :, 4+ years of work experience in the relevant field , Prior Project management, Program Management, Team Management experience, Preferably from Tier,1 undergrad and MBA college, Looking for hands,on leader who is willing to get his hands dirty, right from directly interacting with customers who opt for consumer finance or agents who convince customers on the loan terms, to hiring and upskilling the team., Strong team handling skills, Detail orientation and good data analytics skills is a must, Experience in lending, fintech, consumer facing startups would be an advantage
