Job Description

Responsibilities , , Responsible for end to end career transitions of an assigned batch of students, Approving the completion and quality of Career Skills assignments, critical to a students successful transition (approving resume, linkedin quality for specific roles, reviewing interview feedback and developing preparation plans, collecting offer details), Tracking individual student progress for multiple cohorts as they move through their interview and career transition processes, Communicating with students and hiring partners via calls, email, direct message, video, or a mix of communication strategies (gathering requirements from hiring partners and identifying students who would fit the role), Supporting the introduction of students to hiring partners within the Interview Kickstart ecosystem, Maintaining daily trackers (must be comfortable using Google Sheets, CRM etc), Working closely with all the internal teams to continuously improve the learning experience, Connecting our students with our support resources , technical, career, and guidance coaches, mock interviewers, or other resources when needed, Serve as the single point of contact for all students queries and concerns around the interview and decision phases of their career transition journeyRequirements, Committed to working independently from home and have a dedicated working space at home., Willing to work early morning, night shifts, and on weekends . Compensatory offs would be provided on weekdays., Comfortable with video calls & virtual meetings., Comfortable being on calls for at least 3 hours every day., Comfortable with completing repetitive tasks at a high,volume, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Strong problem solving skills and analytical thinking This role is for you if you:, Are extremely detail,oriented, Have strong written and verbal communication skills, Are proactive, disciplined, organized and resilient, Are eager to learn new things and willing to ask for, receive feedback, Are empathetic towards others and genuinely want to help people grow, Are an active listener and are genuinely curious about how things work, or why they dontPreferred Qualifications: , 5+ years of experience in tech recruiting or related function (sourcing, recruiting management) in a competitive (fast,growth) tech company.Preferred Additional Experience includes: , Experience in career coaching and,or career services in an Ed,tech environment (UpGrad, GreatLearning, or other Campus placement services) , Exposure to customer service, customer success, program, project management, recruiting coordination, student relationship management, operations, or related function in an Ed,tech company., Personality development training background , Bachelor's degree in business management, human resource management, engineering, information systems, psychology, communications, education, or other degree in a related field.
